Natural, healthy, and comfortable bedding

Choosing natural bedding means having a duvet, pillows, bolsters or even a mattress topper made from 100% natural materials, such as cotton, wool or bamboo. This eco-responsible and quality bedding provides a healthy and comfortable sleep environment for more restful nights.

What is natural bedding?

Natural bedding is bedding made from nighttime accessories crafted from natural materials. Today, the materials used for natural bedding are generally cotton, wool, natural latex or bamboo. Natural duvet and pillow fillings, meanwhile, are made of down and feathers.

At Bonsoirs, we have chosen to use quality cotton for pillow and duvet casings, and fillings made from down and plumettes to offer optimal comfort for restorative sleep. Opting for these natural products allows for an eco-responsible approach and ensures that you are not exposed to products that could have a negative impact on your health.

Why choose natural bedding?

Choosing natural bedding offers several advantages, for your comfort, but also for your health and the environment. Natural duvets, just like natural pillows or natural mattress toppers, are indeed made from materials that do not require the use of potentially harmful chemicals.

Designed from natural fibers, these materials combine durability and limited environmental impact. Natural bedding also generally ensures better breathability, as well as good resistance to humidity. Finally, quality natural materials provide optimal comfort for a good night's sleep.

Natural bedding: which nighttime accessories? Several nighttime accessories can be part of natural bedding, as seen in the Natural Bedding Pack offered by Bonsoirs. Pillows and bolsters can indeed be 100% natural, with a plumette and down filling, as well as a combed cotton casing.

Natural bedding also includes the duvet, made from the same quality materials for more comfort and lightness. The mattress topper, which makes your mattress more comfortable, can also be made from natural components. Finally, it is possible to opt for mattress protectors or pillow protectors, also in natural bedding, for impeccable hygiene and easier maintenance.

Labeled and local bedding for optimal quality To ensure you benefit from 100% natural, quality bedding, there are several points to check. There are ecological certifications that prove that ecological and socially responsible techniques have indeed been used at every stage of the manufacturing chain.

This quality label includes several technical standards that guarantee the absence of toxic products for the body and the environment on labeled fabrics. This label proves that the bedding is genuinely natural. The natural pillows, natural duvets, and natural mattress toppers offered by Bonsoirs are all OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (CQ 832/1 IFTH) labeled. To ensure the best quality, while supporting the French economy, it is also ideal to opt for products made in France.

Bonsoirs, for example, has chosen to work with a workshop located in the southwest of France, which is renowned for its ancestral savoir-faire, over a hundred years old.

They work exclusively with high-end materials and have been perpetuating their savoir-faire for decades. We do not compromise on finishes. We have thought of everything: an extra-soft and down-proof casing in pure Combed Cotton, a quilted square stitch ensuring even distribution of the down, and a piped detail… No more feathers escaping from your duvet.

How to properly care for your duvet and pillows?

Your Bonsoirs duvet and pillows are very durable, but please take good care of them.

A wash at a maximum of 30°C is recommended, on average 1 to 2 times a year. To preserve their fluffiness and bounce, it is essential to tumble dry your products on a delicate cycle, after placing 2-3 tennis balls in the drum. Before enjoying your products again, make sure the down is completely dry.

Where are Bonsoirs duvets and pillows made? We have selected for you the best workshops located... in France, specifically in the Southwest! This workshop, with its ancestral artisanal savoir-faire (over 100 years, that's quite a feat!), works exclusively with high-end materials and 100% natural down that undergoes no chemical treatment and is naturally anti-mite.
