SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELAYS AND SHIPPING FEES
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).
Orders with embroidery require additional production time and may extend shipping times by up to 5 days.
Altered curtains cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be notified by email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow each step of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Bonsoirs, you have 30 days to return items to us free of charge and request an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (shipping fees excluded).
To be eligible for return, items must be returned clean and folded.
Home Fragrances (scented candles, reed diffuser, scented mist and scented ceramic) must be unopened and unused.
Embroidered products are unique and personalized. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your initials and the color of your embroidery before confirming your order.
Any purchase made at Le Bon Marché can only be returned or exchanged at Le Bon Marché.
Refunds are processed within 15 days from receipt of the product at our warehouse. They will be issued automatically to the account associated with the card used at purchase.
Our refund policy applies only to private customers. For businesses, products that have been washed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to make a return?
At Bonsoirs, returns are free.

Or contact our customer service at +33 1 82 88 55 28 or by email at hello@bonsoirs.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the procedure to print the Mondial Relay return slip. Drop off the package at one of the available delivery points. We will confirm by email that your products have been received.
