The washing

Always wash sheets of the same color and fabric together. Never add clothing or other products with zippers or flies. The ideal frequency to wash your sheets? About once a week!

Avoid abrasive and powder detergents which wear and dull your sheets more quickly, and don't hesitate to add a cap of softener. Set your washing machine between 30°C and 40°C, on a moderate spin speed (800 rpm is perfect).

Drying

Prefer drying in the open air to preserve the fibers, color and elasticity of your washed linen sheets.

The use of a tumble dryer is not recommended for washed linen.

And to finish, ironing... or not!

What makes washed linen so charming is its naturally crinkled appearance, so there's no need to iron it.

However, if you really want to iron your linen sheets, opt for an iron temperature of 200°C maximum.
